Sacred Stillness: A Meditation Circle for Women
October Theme: The Season Within
Reflect • Honor • Transition
Just as nature moves through seasons of growth, release, rest, and renewal, so do we.
This October, Sacred Stillness invites you to slow down and turn inward with The Season Within—a gentle, reflective gathering centered on honoring where you are right now rather than rushing toward where you think you should be.
As autumn reminds us that change can be both beautiful and necessary, we’ll create space to listen to the quieter wisdom within. Through guided meditation, journaling, reflection, intention setting, and meaningful conversation, we’ll explore what this season of life may be asking us to embrace, release, nurture, or simply allow.
There is no need to have anything figured out before you arrive. This circle is about meeting yourself exactly where you are and remembering that every season has a purpose—including this one.
During our time together, we’ll experience:
• Guided meditation and inward reflection
• Journaling and intention setting
• Gentle group discussion and sharing
• Space to cultivate trust in your own inner guidance
• The connection and support of gathering in sisterhood
