You are warmly invited to a restorative evening of reflection and intention setting in honour of Matariki.
This Sacred Spirit Circle is a nurturing space held with Abi - a gentle and nurturing space holder, qualified yoga and meditation teacher - who will guide us through an evening of soft movement, conscious rest, and heartfelt intention as we honour this sacred season of renewal.
In the rhythm of everyday life, it can be easy to lose touch with ourselves. This circle offers you the gift of slowing down - of softening into your body, arriving in stillness, and planting seeds of intention from a place of deep rest and open awareness.
What's included in your experience ✨
💗 Gentle breathwork to land in a restful, grounded state
💗 A restorative yin yoga practice to encourage connection with yourself and softening into your body - no prior yoga experience needed, this is an accessible and gentle way for every body to move
💗 A softly held Yoga Nidra - a restorative guided meditation that brings the brain into a conscious state between waking and sleeping, activating theta brainwaves as a gateway to the unconscious, allowing us to plant deep intentions and experience profound nervous system rest

💗 An eye pillow or mask
💗 An extra blanket
