With each turn, we soften, release what we no longer need, and reconnect with the quiet center within. Through gentle guided meditation and shared Reiki energy healing, this circle offers space to slow down, restore balance, and remember the peace that already lives inside you. No experience with meditation or Reiki is needed—simply come as you are. Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable (yoga mat, cushion, blanket, or water).
