A sacred day of vinyasa yoga, sound healing and meditation with Saira peaceful Dorset countryside. It's often easy to lose touch with the quiet spaces within ourselves, the places where peace, clarity, and renewal live. 'Sacred Spaciousness' is an invitation to step away from the noise and into a day held with care, presence, and intention.

This retreat is about slowing down, softening the edges, and giving yourself the gift of space, space to breathe deeply, to listen inwardly, and to reconnect with what truly matters. Through movement, stillness and nourishing, reflective practices, you’ll be supported in creating the inner room you may have been longing for.
You don’t need to arrive with anything other than yourself. Come as you are, and allow the day to unfold. In the spaciousness, you may find rest, healing, inspiration, or simply the ease of being fully present.
It is always a joy to share these affordable retreat days a few times a year alongside my other multi award winning retreats in the UK and abroad.
The idea for these days is you receive exactly the same Mellulah Magic, you just bring your own lunch. Everything else is the same, beautiful yoga flow, blissful sound healing and gorgeous location.
Saturday Day Retreat Schedule
10am Arrive at Moreton Hall in the beautiful Dorset countryside
10.30am Meditation, Breathwork & Vinyasa flow yoga for all abilities with Saira
12.30pm Bring your own lunch and we will eat and laugh together
1.45pm Sacred space healing meditation and reflection
2.15pm Sound bath with the healing gong, crystal singing bowls and more
3.30pm Chai tea and vegan cake
4pm Retreat day sadly has to end!
