Join us for a transformative evening of connection, healing, and shared storytelling at the Toledo Mindfulness Institute.
Led by Mariah Maddox, owner of Milk & Muse, this gathering will begin with an intimate journaling session and conversation circle where we’ll explore vulnerability, build meaningful relationships, and honor the power of our stories. The evening will conclude with a soothing sound bath led by Isabella Weik, designed to leave you grounded and refreshed.
