Immerse yourself in a deeply meditative, calming sound bath journey, enveloped within the charm of Ojai at beautiful Sacred Space Studio. Through intentional sound frequencies, allow your nervous system to settle and your body to return to a parasympathetic, balanced "rest" state. Using a combination of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other unique instruments, you will be transported on a magical, grounding adventure to carry you through the rest of the weekend. This offering is for anyone in need of a gentle, mindful reset or looking for some peaceful connectedness to the self using harmonies of sound.

This experience will incorporate guided breathwork and a short meditation to start.

Please where cozy, comfortable clothes and bring a mat. For specific somatic pains, you may consider a fold-up chair or something that is more amenable to your condition. Pillows, blankets, etc. are of course always encouraged if you need a little extra!
