Sacred Space is a monthly Friday night practice for people wanting to slow down, reconnect, and connect to themselves and others in a grounded, supportive, safe environment.
Each Month will be intuitively created by Susan as the group comes together.
The evening may include:
* Meditation in different forms
* Flow Dance Meditation
* Breathwork
* Journalling
* Quiet reflection
* Share circles.
Some sessions will be more still, others more embodied — always held with care and intention.
This is not about pushing or performing. It’s about listening to the body, allowing space for release, and reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels aligned and intuitive.
You’ll leave feeling more relaxed, settled, and connected to yourself.
THIS GATHERING IS FOR YOU IF:
You’ve been feeling busy, overloaded, emotionally exhausted, value connection, or simply aware that you need some YOU time.
You don’t need prior experience with meditation, movement, breathwork, or sharing. You’re welcome to participate at your own pace.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Time: 6.00pm – 8.00pm
Please wait out the front until the doors open.
Bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal & pen, water bottle
Wear:
Comfortable clothing you can relax and move in.
