Soothe your soul and join Amy for a beautiful sound bath journey using crystal bowls, gong and other instruments. Amy is intuitively lead and will use instruments that call to her on the evening - all devised to aid in well-being but the crystal bowls will always play.
Amy creates a safe space with an atmosphere of community and connection.
What To Expect:
We will open with a herbal tea and oracle card pull and any shares, journaling around nature's cycles before settling into a meditation and immersive sound bath. Instruments used may include gong, crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments.

Please be aware this is not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy, people with a pacemaker, people with metal implants or people with epilepsy or severe mental health problems, or people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
What you Will Need:
-Comfy clothes, layers for warmth or cool layers if it’s hot, blanket
-Journal & a pen (optional)
-Water bottle for rehydration

Amy is a modern day medicine woman, offering sound baths, reiki, shamanic healing and women's circles and holistic healing across Yorkshire.
