Sacred Sounds for the Soul ~ Blue Moon

These special ~ Sacred Sounds for the Soul evenings will include ~ Mantra Chant, Drumming Circle Songs, celebrating our own unique sacred sound within us all, followed by herbal teas and homemade cake, then a beautiful opportunity to lie down and bathe in a deeply restorative Sacred Sound Journey guided by Harshani and Edd, both experienced Sound Therapists, finishing with some grounding breathing practices of Yogic Pranayama and closing circle song/chants.

All are welcome ~ newcomers or experienced with drum circles, mantra and sound journeys. These are evening's to replenish your Sacred Self in your heart and soul ~ an invitation to shine brightly as the light that you are, just as you are.

Small unique rural setting which supports your retreat and relaxation ~ only 12 places available, so early booking recommended.
