What to bring: Yoga mat and/or meditation pillow if you have it. (Not required to take class)

An open mind. If you have never experienced sound healing or vocal sound healing be open to this new experience and what feelings or emotions come from it. This is a safe space to be open and free.

Dress comfy and expect you will be barefoot so bring socks to walk in if your feet get cold. Shoes are not allowed on the studio floor.
