Sacred Sounds: A Crystal Bowl & Flute Healing Journey

Join us for a 45–50 minute sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, Native-style flute, and occasional drums and gongs. This nature-inspired session is designed to help you release stress and recharge your energy on a Saturday morning.

The event takes place on the second floor at 134 Main Street (Block 134 Arts & Wellness Collective – Silver Circle Gallery). Seating will be provided in chairs, but you are welcome to bring a yoga mat or cushion if you prefer to sit or lie on the floor.
