In a serene and spacious Zen space in the heart of Brooklyn, we will come together as women to release what no longer serves us, awaken our inner wisdom, and reconnect with our highest selves.

What to Expect:

Yin & Yang Eye Activation: Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of sound, from tibetan bowls to tuning forks, designed to wash away stress, balance your energy, and invite deep relaxation and clarity

Cranial Sacrum Touch: Through divine sound and gentle touch, we will open and align energy center, releasing blockages and allowing you to receive the divine energy you need for clarity, creativity, and inner strength

Tea Ceremony of Gratitude: We will close the ceremony with a sacred tea meditation —a moment to integrate our experiences, reflect on the healing we’ve received, and embrace the magic of sisterhood

How to Prepare:

-Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to fully relax. No zipper or buttons preferred to receive full vibrational effects
-Bring an open heart and mind, and be ready to receive

-Optional: Bring a small personal item (crystal, journal, etc.) that you would like to charge with the energy of the ceremony.
