WHAT TO BRING:

• Please bring 2 pillows (one goes under your knees), a blanket and a yoga mat. If you can't lay down please advise me in advance. I have 4 anti-gravity chairs.
• Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, wear a light long sleeve shirt and bring water.
• Please DO NOT arrive more than 10 MINUTES early BUT BE ON TIME.
• The doors to the building are locked so instructions for entrance will be on the door.
