Sacred Sound Sanctuary is a sound healing experience designed to help you relax deeply, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself 🧠✨
Using gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, flute, and other instruments, the session begins by guiding you into a state of calm and safety.
From there, the sound journey gradually expands your awareness, helping you release tension and return to a more balanced, centered state.
No experience needed—just come, lie down, and receive 🙏
About Diana🔮
Diana is a sound practitioner known for her grounded presence and ability to hold a deeply attuned, safe space. Her work weaves together the resonant depth of gong, crystal bowls, chimes, flute, and subtle rhythmic elements to guide participants into states of calm, regulation, and expanded awareness.
Trained in Bali in 2022 and recently completing further studies in Koh Samui, she has facilitated over a hundred group and private sessions, including during her time at Udara Bali and now through her ongoing weekly offerings at Omni Wellness Center.
Her approach is gentle yet intentional, supporting the nervous system to settle, open, and return to its natural state of balance ⚖️✨.

Contraindications ⚠️
This session may not be suitable for:
• People with epilepsy
• Those with a heart pacemaker
• Anyone with metal implants in the body (including recent surgeries with pins or plates)
• People with brain injuries (e.g. hydrocephalus)
• Pregnant women in their first trimester, or anyone who is unsure about exposure to sound vibrations and gong.
