Begin your week with the vibrational meditative sounds of the Sunday night Sacred Sound Journey with Alison & Sharon. Experience the mystical sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other various instruments. Allow yourself to relax and absorb the healing energy of sound to sooth, restore, and balance your mind, body and spirit.Please bring your own yoga or exercise mat, blanket, pillow, and other items you may require for your comfort. For example, some people like to use a scarf/bandana or eye mask to block out any ambient light. You may also bring your own zero gravity chair or a Back Jack style meditation chair if you wish. Regular chairs and a limited number of zero gravity chairs are available for those who cannot lie on a mat on the floor.
Doors open at 7:00 pm. The sound bath begins at 7:30 pm. Participants must arrive no later than 7:15 pm to allow time to pay and get settled in before the sound bath begins.
