Sacred Sound – Come Home to Yourself is a 4-hour immersive sound experience designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your own inner frequency.The afternoon unfolds as a journey through sound, rhythm, and reflection:
Sound Mandala with Joelle offers a coaching-infused sound circle where gentle instruments and guided prompts help you drop into your inner rhythm.
Drum Circle with Tom invites you to play, release, and connect with community through rhythm and movement.
Gong Sound Journey with Chuck opens a meditative space through deep gong resonance, trance-like tones, and immersive soundscapes—an invitation to rest fully and journey inward.
We’ll then come together for a
Group Offering—a collaborative sound experience where gongs, drums, and textures intertwine. This shared moment brings grounding, reflection, and integration, allowing Chuck’s journey to stand on its own while weaving us back into collective resonance.
This is not a performance but an invitation: to rest, to listen, and to come home to yourself through the power of sound.
Bring your own drum or plenty of drums will be available. Also dress comfortably and bring yoga mat along as anything you may need to get comfortable. This could include a blanket, pillow or/and eye cover.
