Sacred Sound Celebration - 25 Years of Yoga Room!

Join us for an hour of sacred sounds to celebrate The Yoga Room turning 25!
5:00pm to 5:40pm Emily will lead an optional yoga class, so come early if you'd like this wonderful addition to our practice.
6:00pm to 7:00pm The first half will be kirtan, a practice that helps us connect to aspects of the divine through mantra chanting accompanied by an organ-like instrument called the harmonium.
Then we'll get cozy and move into deep relaxation with a crystal bowl sound bath. This yin and yang combination will leave you renewed and refreshed!
Catered refreshments will be served after the event, so feel welcome to stick around after and swap your favorite Yoga Room memories :)
