Join us for a journey to your heart center, allowing the vibrations to be your guide.
Come and immerse yourself in the balancing sounds of Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, chimes, rattles, drumming, the human voice, and the soul-stirring Gong.
Sound is a vibration and various tonal frequencies, that affect the inner cellular structures of our bodies, all the way down to our bone marrow. The various tones may help to balance your mind, body, and spirit, allowing your body to relax and release tension and anxiety.
A short guided meditation with gentle drumming will help set the tone for the rest of your sound journey.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, socks/slippers, water, a journal, and wear layered comfortable clothing.
