Sacred Sound Bath: The Return of Light

After a season of stillness, you are invited back into the light. This sacred sound bath is a gentle journey from rest to renewal, honoring the quiet places you’ve been, while opening your heart and body to warmth, clarity, and life again.
We will begin in stillness, allowing the nervous system to fully soften and feel held.
Then slowly, like the rising sun, light will begin to enter, bringing peace, truth, and gentle awakening.
And finally, we will rest in fullness, receiving strength, dignity, and the reminder of who you are.
You don’t have to force your way into the light.
You are invited to receive it.
This experience is for you if you’re ready to:
- Come out of heaviness, fatigue, or emotional “winter”
- Gently reconnect with peace, hope, and clarity
- Feel warmth and safety in your body again
- Step into strength, identity, and quiet confidence
And as you do, you’ll be invited to welcome the light of summer and all it brings.
All sound baths are unique and one-of-a-kind experiences. Never two of the same. Shelley's sound baths are intuitive, and Spirit-guided to meet all individuals in attendance at the level they require. Bring a journal, mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss. Feel free to bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the combined energy of the sound bath.
