Join us for a summer reprieve and immerse yourself in the harmony only crystal sound bowls can provide. This class invites you to pause and breathe amid lively summer spirit.

We always begin with a guided meditation to gently walk you into bliss, then the bowls begin.

Let's gather and recharge together.

Your sound bath experience is offered in a warm, comfortable room with an extra cushy yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and blocks provided for your support. Once settled, I gently walk you into a state of calm with guided words and healing quartz crystal singing bowl vibrations that allow you to drift into bliss.

Bring a water bottle and any additional supportive props you like. We delight in wearing cozy socks and eye masks. Noise reducing earplugs help soothe sensitive ears.
