Isla has spent years sitting with the question of what women most need — and the answer she keeps arriving at isn't a practice or a technique. It's each other.
The Sacred Soul Women's Circle was born from a deep belief that women heal faster, remember themselves more fully, and live more richly when they are genuinely connected to other women. Not the polished, performative version of connection — but the real kind. The kind that happens when a group of women slow down together, breathe together, and finally stop pretending they are fine.
Each month, a small group gathers inside a held, intimate container of sound, ceremony, and shared presence. Sacred Ceremony to begin. A guided meditation to descend. Journaling to listen. A sound bath to release. And a sharing circle to be witnessed — truly witnessed — by women who understand.
The practices are the doorway. The sisterhood is the destination.
This circle is for the woman who is craving something she might not have words for yet — a place to belong, a group of women to grow alongside, and the particular kind of medicine that only comes from being deeply seen by your own kind.

- A gift for the altar (crystal/flower/drawing/letter, what ever you are called to leave)
