After a little pause, The Re-Connect is returning.
A free morning for women to slow down, breathe, play and reconnect ~ with ourselves, with nature and with one another.
Sunday 25 October
9am – 12pm
📍 Point Peron, Rockingham
Together we’ll:
𓇼 Walk beside the ocean
𓇼 Gather together for meditation & grounding
𓇼 Set an intention for the morning
𓇼 Take a playful plunge into the sea
𓇼 Share, laugh, connect and simply be
And honestly, there really isn’t much you need to do.
Just come along.
> Wear something comfortable for walking and bring your bathers + towel for our ocean swim.
> Bring a picnic or some snacks if you’d like to stay afterwards. I’ll be hanging around, letting the morning unfold and the conversations flow.
