SACRED SMOKE WORKSHOP
Smudging is a technique used to purify one’s surroundings and body from undesirable energy. In this workshop you will be introduced to the use of sage, copal and palo santo. You will learn about our connection to these plants and the earth.
Each participant will receive a sample of each of the sacred plants.
