🌹Would you like to be in Sisterhood with other women?
🌹Be held and supported in sharing in a safe space with like-minded, like-spirited women with non-judgement and unconditional love.

The Sacred Sister Circle offers a space for women to gather in support of each other.
Each Circle will be a combination of meditation, movement, healing and sharing.
It is in the joy of being with other women that I have found my own voice. To be able to express myself honestly without judgment or someone trying to 'fix' me is a most liberating feeling. I would love to offer this opportunity for you too.
The first Sacred Sister Circle on Wednesday 12 June was a beautiful gathering with the theme of 'H.O.M.E.'
Our next Circle will be on Wednesday 10 July 10am - 12pm. The theme for this gathering is 'Grounding'
We will begin with a grounding meditation then practise some grounding techniques and, for our movement, we will 'Rock with Mother Earth'.

Sacred Sister Circles will be held on the second Wednesday of the month until November 2024 for now.
I will add the theme for each following Sacred Sister Circle as I am guided.

Meditation:
Be guided to be present and tune in to your Self. Connect with your Heart Centre and allow unconditional love to flow.
Movement:
Chakradance is a healing movement practice. It’s a form of nourishment for your true self – for your soul. Moving to music specifically created to resonate with each chakra, you are guided into your own inner dance of release and re-connection. It offers a kind of liberation.
It feels like coming home.
Oracle Readings:
This may be simply calling on guidance using an Oracle deck with a single card reading for yourself.
As a group, creating a Crystal Grid for collective guidance using Oracle decks such as Isis Oracle, Kuan Yin Oracle or Mother Mary Oracle decks.
Healings:
Saraswati Healing is a heart and throat chakra based modality creating a sacred container that attracts, amplifies and circulates divine healing energies. It centres on speaking words of love, empowerment and wisdom incorporating Alana Fairchild’s Crystal Mandala Oracle deck and corresponding crystals, guided visualisations and meditations.

About Conny:
Conny van Balen calls herself a Happiness Facilitator. Her journey has grown from being a Primary School Teacher and Life Coach to Saraswati Healing Practitioner with a more Spirit based focus allowing the Divine and her own Inner Self to become the guidance in her life. She is a Licensed Chakradance Facilitator offering sessions in Adelaide and Adelaide Hills. Conny would love to share opportunities for others to grow in spirit and connect more deeply with their Soul.
