The AEU Women in Leadership Development (WiLD) course gives women, gender fluid and gender non-binary members the opportunity to lead the way by collaboratively designing and creating online, on-demand learning modules to support the knowledge and leadership development of our Women’s Contact Officers in sites.
Along the way, you will learn more about women in our union, our history, and how together, the empowerment of women empowerment and solidarity between us can achieve great things.
