Sacred Sips and Sound

Join me for a soul-soothing evening where tea, mindfulness, and sound come together in sacred harmony.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat

• Pillow & blanket (for comfort)

• A journal (for reflections or messages that arise)

We’ll begin with a gentle tea meditation, sipping a heart-calming blend of peppermint, chamomile, and lemon balm—each chosen for their spiritual and emotional properties. You’ll be guided to connect with the plant medicine in your cup, exploring how it speaks to your body, your energy, and your heart. Through intentional sipping and mindful reflection, we’ll open space within for healing and inner stillness.

From there, you’ll be gently led into a restorative sound bath, allowing the vibrations to carry the tea’s wisdom deeper into your system—clearing, calming, and restoring balance on every level.

This journey is open to all—no prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Just bring your open heart and willingness to receive.

Selenia is a certified Sound Healer and Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master devoted to guiding others home back to themselves. She holds space with intention and tenderness, weaving Reiki, Sound, and Vocals into every Sound Journey. Using a variety of instruments–including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, a drum, Lemurian tuning forks, tingshas, and koshi wind chimes–Selenia creates an intuitive soundscape designed to deepen your healing experience. Her voice will also flow through the session with soothing tones, and chants, making each journey unique and personal.
