Sacred Shift: An Autumn Equinox Retreat
A Day of Balance, Gratitude & Renewal
As the sun balances day and night in perfect harmony, the Autumn Equinox combined with the New Moon, calls us inward to reflect, to release, and to celebrate the abundance of our lives. This sacred day retreat is designed to help you align with the shifting seasons to create harmony, connect deeply with your heart, and honor the blessings that surround you.
Your Journey for the Day
1:00 PM – Opening Welcome Ceremony
We’ll begin by gathering in sacred space to ground, set intentions, and honor the energies of balance, gratitude, and transformation.
1:45 PM – Custom Essential Oil Blend Workshop
Create your own unique essential oil blend to take home as a keepsake. Learn about the properties of each oil and how to craft a well-balanced blend that supports your energy during this seasonal shift.
2:45 – 4:45 PM – Aerial Yoga, Reiki & Relaxation
Float in serene support during a restorative aerial yoga session infused with Reiki healing energy. While one group relaxes and rejuvenates in the hammock, the others will enjoy refreshments and connection time before switching.
5:00 – 6:30 PM – Cacao Ceremony & Sister Circle
Step into the sacred Bliss Bell Tent for a heart-opening cacao ceremony. Together, we’ll smudge, open our hearts in gratitude, sip ceremonial-grade cacao, and journey inward with oracle cards, sound healing, and a circle of sharing, honoring the balance of the Equinox and the blessings of abundance.
6:30 – 7:00 PM – Closing Fire Ceremony
As the day closes, we’ll gather around the fire to release what no longer serves us and infuse our intentions into the flames, celebrating the new moon energy and the infinite cycles of renewal.

- All supplies for creating a take-home essential oil blend
- Food & beverage to make sure you are well-fed (gluten-free options will be available)
- Reiki energy healing
- Ceremonial Grade Cacao
- A sacred safe space
- Yoga mats and blankets are provided, if you need additional support while being seated in circle in the tent – please bring what you need
What to Bring
- A special item to place on the altar (to hold your energy and intentions) — optional but encouraged
- If you wish to bring a dish to share to celebrate the harvest and abundance in life, you are welcome to, but not required.
- A journal for reflections.
- An open heart, ready to receive the gifts of the day.
