As you surrender into yin yoga postures with each breath, you journey inward, releasing tension and guiding you into a state of serenity. The gentle practice of yin yoga is a slower pace, with the postures held for longer periods and for cultivating mindfulness and awareness. Class will conclude with the gentle waves of the alchemy bowls in a deep savasana, inviting a sense of deep peace and inner alignment. This practice will support balance and restoring harmony within body, mind and spirit, leaving you feeling renewed and revitalized.
