Sacred Sensuality Reset is a Reiki-infused sound bath focused on restoring safety in the body, softening stress, and healing the places where shame, burnout, or old conditioning may have dimmed your sensual spark.
This experience isn’t about anything explicit or performative — it’s about coming home to yourself. Through grounding breathwork, a guided intention, and a deeply restorative sound journey, we’ll support the sacral + heart energy centers to help you feel more receptive, confident, and connected.
You can expect:
A welcoming, consent-centered container (no sharing required)
Gentle somatic grounding + breathwork
Reiki energy support throughout the session
A soothing sound bath to reset your nervous system and restore balance
Time to integrate and close with intention
Come as you are — tired, tender, curious, guarded, hopeful — and leave feeling more soft, safe, and alive.
What to bring: Yoga mats are provided. You’re welcome to bring extra pillows, blankets, or anything cozy that helps you feel supported. Please bring water as well.
