Experience an evening of heart-healing yoga & sound bath on Thursday, Feb 20th, on Upham Beach in St Pete Beach.
START TIME 6PM - join us in the sand to refresh & rejuvenate and honor yourself this Valentine's season, finding balance as you take some time for self-care.
Our practice combines yoga to bring the body and mind to present moment awareness and a sound healing to revitalize the body and calm the mind.
Join Jenny with BlissFit Yoga St. Pete & Salena with Stars Healing Energy for this chance to connect with yourself & community!
This is beginner-friendly - all are welcome!!

including 40 min. yoga with Jenny, 25 min. sound healing with Salena & a cooling lavender eye pillow to help relax into the sand.
