As the energy of summer approaches, this mini-retreat invites you to gently reset your nervous system and come back into alignment with yourself—physically, emotionally, and energetically. You’ll be guided through a deeply nourishing experience that includes:
-Slow Flow Yoga to release tension and soften the body
-A supportive Women’s Circle to connect and reflect
-Guided Breathwork to regulate and restore your inner rhythm
-Craniosacral-inspired relaxation techniques to promote deep stillness
This experience is thoughtfully layered to help you move from doing → into simply being.
