A one-day retreat to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
You can be coping… and still be tired.
You can be getting on with things… and still feel like you haven’t had a moment to truly exhale.
You can be doing your best, showing up for everyone else, keeping life moving… and still feel quietly disconnected from yourself underneath it all.
Sacred Self Care is a gentle one-day retreat created for women who need space to slow down, put some of what they’ve been carrying down, and come back to themselves.
This is not about pushing, performing, or fixing.
It is simply a day to pause, breathe, soften, reflect, and receive support in a calm and nurturing space.

This day may be for you if you have been:
- feeling tired, stretched, or emotionally full
- holding a lot for everyone else
- craving time out without pressure or expectation
- needing space to reset and hear yourself again
- wanting self-care that feels deeper than just surface level
You do not need to be spiritual, experienced, or good at slowing down.
You just need to feel the call to come.
What You’ll Experience
Throughout the day, you’ll be gently guided through a simple, nourishing experience that may include:
- grounding practices to help settle your nervous system
- guided self-care reflection and journaling
- gentle Reiki-based support and healing
- space to rest, breathe, and reconnect with yourself
- a calm, intimate environment with a small group of women
- a beautiful lunch and time to simply be
This day is designed to feel supportive, spacious, and real.
