Sacred Saplings Kids Herbal Club: Gratitude and Mycelium Connections!This month, our Sacred Saplings will explore the magical world of mushrooms and the hidden connections they create beneath our feet!
Mushrooms remind us that even when we can’t see it, everything in nature is connected — just like friendship and gratitude connect our hearts. We’ll learn how fungi help trees and plants share nutrients through the mycelium network (the “Wood Wide Web”) and how the Earth gives back when we show her kindness.
Each child will create their own gratitude mushroom craft using natural and recycled materials to act as a symbol of thankfulness, connection, and the beauty of giving back to the planet. We’ll end with a short reflection circle, where each Sapling can share one thing or person they feel grateful for to cultivate a sense of joy, friendship, and grounded peace.
Perfect for ages 5+, this class blends science, nature, and wellness in a safe and magical learning space.
Sacred Saplings classes are offered by Sacred Spirit Herbals with donations provided by the community. Please donate what you can to keep these classes affordable for all! All materials are provided.🌿
RSVPs are required to ensure we have enough supplies for everyone. Please submit a RSVP (even a $0 donation) for each child participating. Space is limited—reserve your spot today! Tickets will automatically close at 7:30 AM on November 29th. This gives us time to prepare the supplies and the space for the class.
