Sacred Sanctuary is an immersive healing experience to expand your energetic aura, elevate your mood levels, and awaken your inner being.
Join Frannie this month to Refocus & Reset our intentions on rest, preservation, and sacred retreats within ourselves. As we reach the half way point of the year, we will perform a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual check-in. Learn to what areas you feel activated and what areas you feel depleted. This reset will allow you space to intentionally spread your energy throughout the remainder of the year and deter and energetic burnout.
*Class will include reiki healing energy, yoga, meditation, and somatic healing release work will be shared.
**Each person will receive an oracle card pull message to culminate their experience.
