Sacred Roots Birth Class 🌿
Sacred Roots is a 6 week childbirth education series designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident as you approach birth.
Meeting once a week for 2 hours, we’ll walk through pregnancy, labor, comfort techniques, birth options, partner support, postpartum preparation, and more in a relaxed and supportive environment.
This class isn’t about teaching you the “right” way to give birth. It’s about helping you understand your body, know your options, ask informed questions, and make decisions that feel right for you and your family.
Whether you’re planning a hospital, birth center, or home birth, Sacred Roots gives you practical tools and knowledge you can carry with you into your birth experience.
