Tracey Dawn and Shell Hines co-facilitate this ceremonial circle with powerful energy & wisdom. Join us, to cultivate your INNER RHYTHM & find healing through the drum. Listen to and connect with community through your heart, find your voice and sovereignty.
We will gather in sacred circle honoring the Earth & Medicine Wheel to drum, sing, & dance with creation in community circle.
We will share songs & wisdom, as well as some improvisation to get your creative juices flowing! Our session will end with a drum meditation & journey for integration.
Please bring an open heart 💜, yoga mat & blanket/pillow, and percussion instrument if you have one. We will have some available to share as well.
Please also wear comfortable clothing that will allow for meditation, sitting or lying down.
Out of respect for our process, please plan to arrive on time and stay for the duration.
