We are so excited to introduce Sacred Restore: A Trauma-Informed Healing Circle at Sacred Moments.There are moments when we realize we’ve been holding more than we thought.
Holding tension.
Holding stress.
Holding it all together.
Sacred Restore is a gentle, trauma-informed healing circle created to support your nervous system, release stored stress, and help you reconnect to a sense of safety within your body.
This is not therapy.
There is no pressure to share.
There is nothing to perform.
This is simply a space to arrive as you are.
Our first gathering will be soft and introductory. An opportunity to slow down, learn how your nervous system works, and experience simple, supportive practices you can carry into daily life.
Together, we’ll explore:
Gentle breathwork to calm the body
Simple somatic (body-based) movement
Grounding techniques for moments of overwhelm
A safe, supportive environment to rest and reset
You’ll leave feeling more connected, more aware, and supported—with tools to help you navigate stress in a new way.
No experience needed.
Just come as you are.
Each month will offer a different experience, introducing simple techniques and supportive practices you can carry into your daily life- building upon the last, offering new tools, practices, and insights to help you better understand and support your body. We can’t wait to share this with you!
