The Sacred Rest 1-Day Retreat is a 3-hour healing and restorative experience created specifically for Women of Color seeking a dedicated space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and receive care in community.
In a world that often asks us to carry more than our share, this series offers an opportunity to pause, exhale, and return to yourself through gentle movement, meditation, Reiki, ritual, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Each participant receives a Sacred Rest Companion Kit to support reflection and integration.
Saturday November 14th, 1-4PM
A break is included, please bring snacks to refuel.
This in-studio retreat is created and led by a Black woman, centered around Black women, and exclusively for all women of color, honoring their shared needs and experiences
