Sacred Rest Sound Sessions
Two practices. One session. You just show up.
You keep saying you need to slow down.
But slowing down requires a space that was actually built for it. Not a quiet corner of your house where the laundry is visible. Not a meditation app you open and close in four minutes. A real room. A real hour. Someone holding the space so you don't have to.
That's what this is.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION
Every week we open with a short wellness practice to help you arrive — really arrive — and release what you carried in with you. Then we move into a full sound bath using Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and other instruments while Dr. MaKesha Harris Lee guides you through breathwork and rest practices designed to bring your nervous system back to baseline.
One hour. Every week. And everything is provided.
Mat. Blanket. Eye mask. Snack. Water. Other wellness tools as needed.
You bring yourself. That's it. No gear. No preparation. No excuses.
No prior experience needed. First-timers welcome every single week.

Mondays — 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Tuesdays — 11:00am to 12:00pm

Space is limited to 12 participants per session. Once the door closes, it closes.
