Each monthly experience includes:• Restorative yoga postures with full support• Crystal singing bowls and expanded sound healing elements• Individual Reiki support for each participant• Personalized foot singing bowl experience• Nervous system regulation, grounding, and energetic clearing

Offered in March, June, September, and December, these special extended sessions provide a slower, deeper restorative arc aligned with the transitions of the seasons.
This immersive 90-minute experience includes:• Extended restorative yoga• Continuous crystal sound bath journey• Reiki energy healing• Seasonal ritual element woven into the experience• Deeper integration, stillness, and nervous system restoration
Unlike the monthly sessions, the quarterly immersion does not include the foot bowl experience, allowing for uninterrupted sound healing and a continuous restorative flow throughout the evening.
Quarterly sessions are limited to 15 participants for a deeply intentional experience.
