Join us for a powerful and transformative evening where women come together to honor and release the emotions that have long been silenced—our rage. This is a sacred space for healing, connection, and reclaiming our power. Through guided meditations, breathwork, and embodied practices, we will use our voices and bodies to deeply hear, see, feel, and love our anger, allowing it to move through us in a safe and supportive environment.
In a world that often asks women to suppress their rage, we will create space to embrace it, understand its roots, and channel it for empowerment and liberation. This gathering is an invitation to let go of shame and guilt around our emotions and step into the fullness of who we are. Together, we will honor our sacred rage, using it as a tool for personal transformation and collective strength.
