We are honored to welcome you into our 4th Sacred Rage Ritual, a gathering we continue to return to because of the impact it has had for so many. Each time we host this ritual, we see just how much it is needed.
Rage is one of the most suppressed emotions we carry. For many, it feels deeply uncomfortable to be seen in this expression. Yet healing is not meant to only be done in isolation. Yes, it is important to do our own inner work, but we also live in relationship with others, and there is something profoundly healing about being witnessed in community. Not just when we show up with joy, but also in the moments when we allow the heavier parts of ourselves to be seen.
There is so much happening in the world right now that weighs heavy on our hearts. It is rare to meet someone who is not carrying at least some measure of rage. This ritual is not about releasing it only to move on and pretend everything is fine. It is not about bypassing reality with love and light alone. Instead, this space invites us to alchemize rage into something healthy. We meet it, move with it, and transform it into clarity, vitality, and strength.
Through guided practices, somatic expression, and community support, you will be invited to explore this fire safely and in your own way. Yelling, crying, trembling, laughing, silence, stillness — all are welcome. You may share as much or as little as you like. Every practice is an invitation, and you are free to step out into the lounge room for a pause at any time.

🕑Arrival: 4:30 to 5:00 PM (please arrive by 5 to settle in)
Ritual runs about 3 hours, with space to flow longer or shorter depending on what unfolds
