Join poet and storyteller Jaya Penelope for a weekend immersion in Sacred Poetry. and community-nourishment at the beautiful Origins Retreat Centre in Balingup.
Poetry begun as prayer, magic and song, and poetic speech has the power to move mountains. Hear poetry and stories from world' sacred poetic traditions and write your own poems in response.
This weekend will include creative writing and speech explorations and involves time spent alone in nature as well as opportunities to share creative and social time with others. Suitable for beginners and experienced writers alike.

This will be a self-catering retreat.
Payment: Accommodation: $30-$50 per night payable by bank transfer before the event
Teaching: by donation (suggested donation minimum of $100 per person)
