Life will railroad us if we don't intentionally make time for balance. The Sacred Pause Sound Bath is an opportunity to turn inward, release what no longer serves you, and hear the callings of your soul.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, journal and pen.
About your facilitator: Nicole has studied with several sound healing practitioners, local and internationally since 2019. She has over 100 facilitated sound baths under her belt. She has used the feedback from participants from past events to perfect a calming, healing sound bath experience with just the right instrument at the right time. Other certification Nicole holds include: Usui Holy Fire III World Peace Karuna Reiki Master, Certified Medical Reiki Master, Shamanic Reiki Practitioner, Sacred Geometry Crystal Healing, and Chakra Coach.
