Sound baths are not suitable for anyone in their 1st trimester of pregnancy, if you have sound induced epilepsy, a pacemaker, weak heart, metal, or stents in your brain …severe chronic depression, sensitive hearing, for under 12’s please ask …. If you are unsure, please seek medical advice.
If you are booking for someone else, please let them know about the contraindications listed above to make sure it is suitable.

Due to the nature of this event, late arrivals are unfortunately not permitted so not to disturb the session so please give yourself plenty of time to get here, doors open 10 mins before the start time and will be locked prompt on start time
