The afternoon will start with a beautiful, guided meditation for mothers who want to start their weekend right by connecting with their own deep sense of love, compassion, gratitude for their bodies and the life they have, patience, and hope. The meditation will leave them feeling awake, inspired, and ready to connect with the mother they want to be, deep down inside.

The meditation will be followed by an immersive Sound Bath that will use the power of sound and vibration to gently guide their mind and body into a state of total relaxation, unblock emotional wounds, release anxiety and stress, promote complete relaxation, heighten clarity, and relieve physical pain. I will use a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments including planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in their body, leaving them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The sound bath will be infused with Reiki, a Japanese relaxation technique aimed to further bring you your mind and body into alignment.

It will be an afternoon where they can find peace and transcend both body and mind. Oh! And they receive bath salts to take home 🩷
