Sacred Lounge: Who Am I Beyond My Mind?

Most of us spend our lives constantly caught in thought — overthinking, worrying, planning, comparing, and mentally replaying the past or future.

But beneath all the noise of the mind, is there something deeper?

This special Sacred Lounge evening is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and explore one of life’s most important questions:
Who am I beyond my thoughts, emotions, and mental distractions?

Through meditation, music, and meaningful discussion, we’ll explore practical wisdom on awareness, inner peace, and the deeper self in a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

This evening includes:

🌿 Guided mantra meditation
🎶 Live ambient mantra music (kirtan)
💭 Reflection & discussion on identity, awareness, and the mind
✨ Calm candlelit atmosphere
🥗 Light vegetarian refreshments afterwards

No experience is needed at all. Many people come alone, and the atmosphere is always relaxed, welcoming, and beginner-friendly.

You do not need to be spiritual or experienced in meditation — this evening is simply a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect beyond the busyness of everyday life.
