Sacred Liberation: A California Women’s Micro Retreat

Join us for a sacred evening of intention, movement, and deep connection. Liberate yourself from anything that may be weighing on you or holding you back from being the truest and most authentic version of yourself. This is a space for women of all ages and stages of life to come home to themselves—and to each other. No experience is needed at all for our micro retreat.

Guided by KJ, The Rooted Yogi, DJ Oceana, and Jamie Nicole we'll co create a space of openness, care and connection.
KJ will open our circle with grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and meaningful intention-setting.

DJ Oceana will lead us into conscious dance expression as an invitation to celebrate your libetation, open yourself up to receiving love and joy in sisterhood.

Jamie Nicole will bathe us in healing sound with her crystal bowls to welcome in relaxation and ease.

This is your time to pause. To breathe. To remember when women gather, we become an unstoppable force of nature.

Please Bring:

Layered clothing in case you get chilly outside. We'll be on the grass lawn at Flying Caballos

Yoga mat

Dress in comfortable layers

Blanket or pillow for added comfort

An open heart and curious spirit
