Join Fran Lewis Yoga and Reiki with Polly on a sacred journey to self upon ancient land of earth energies, Neolithic stone circles, labyrinths and healing wells at Coskewis.

Come with us on a pilgrimage of reemergence, realignment and reconnection with self. Tune in to your own energetic body through self reiki, yoga, breathwork, Ayurveda and more.

Each unique retreat will take you through a chakra and will leave you feeling empowered having gathered the tools you’ll need to support yourself on your path.

​Each chakra is also connected to a location on the planet, as the Earth is a living being like us. We are intimately connected by the elements, energetic structure and flow of energy, to all life, at a cellular, physical level.

Our earth has energetic pathways or ley lines, akin to meridians. Gathering in ceremony upon them with love will send ripples of healing around the globe. By being part of these sessions, you are also contributing to world healing in addition to your own.

Root Chakra

The Root Chakra, or Base Chakra is the body’s primordial energy centre, its focus is comfort and physical embodiment. Your root taps into your awareness of your physical body, it helps you understand who you are and how to operate your body to be here physically. 

When this chakra is balanced you feel grounded and centered, to feel safe and show up as you are meant to in the world. 

You feel secure, stable, trusting and connected to Earth, the world around you, friends and family. 

When out of balance this can lead to reproductive issues, feeling ungrounded and not on the physical plane, out of ones body. 

The chakra is connected to the element of Earth.
