Before I depart for a 2-year mission in West Africa, I’m gathering my tribe for one final stateside retreat. This day is more than a farewell; it is a celebration of purpose, connection, and the global ripple of love we create when we move with intention.

Sacred Journey Africa is a themed, immersive yoga retreat designed to ground our bodies, open our hearts, and align our spirits. Together, we will breathe, stretch, reflect, and prepare for the next chapter of service, a chapter dedicated to supporting pregnant women and children in cultivating healthy lifestyle practices that nurture emotional and physical well‑being.

A full day of movement, mindfulness, and community connection, including:

• Grounding yoga practices inspired by African rhythms and earth energy
• Heart‑opening meditations for courage, clarity, and compassion
• Reflective journaling and intention‑setting
• Communal conversations about global friendship, service, and healing
• Nature‑based activities on the beautiful Pine Mountain grounds

As the sun sets, we gather in sacred circle.
Some of my most cherished spiritual teachers and guides will offer blessings, prayers, and energetic covering for this mission of peace, friendship, and global well‑being.

This ceremony is a moment of collective uplift — a sending forth wrapped in love, protection, and ancestral strength.
